Still sleepy,could not last night.

Today she bought two red talapias and she loved it to be cooked as a sweet and sour dish.

It almost five pm now,okay here goes...

2 red talapias rubbed with salt and fry until golden...

2 large onions peeled and chopped.
5 garlic.
ginger about the size of the thumb nail. he,he,he...
20 chilly padi,the small fiery chillies to attack your taste buds.
2 big red tomatoes.

All blended together... until fine...

Heat up the frying pan and put all the blended ingredients until the aroma floats in the air.
now where is the tomato sauce...
There 's none!
Now there's modification needed to the dish.
only the chilli sauce bottle is in the fridge...
I found 5 packets of Mcd chilli sauce and add three tablespoon more of the chilli sauce from the bottle into the pan...
a tea spoon of corn and water.
Salt to taste and sugar to balance...
When it slightly thicken , put the fishes in the pan and spread the gravy over the fishes.

Yes,it's ready to serve...
